Our portal is user-friendly and secure. Before your appointment, you will need to complete several forms. These are important for us to understand your child’s medical history and current needs. You can submit an appointment request directly through the portal.

After Scheduling

Once you’ve scheduled an appointment, here’s what happens next:

You will receive a confirmation of your appointment.
We will review the information provided in your forms.
You’ll get instructions on how to join the virtual consultation.

Upon receiving your appointment confirmation, you will find a prompt to sign up for OnPatient, our dedicated patient portal. This platform is essential for completing the necessary forms and providing additional information required for your care.

Your First Consultation

During the initial consultation, we’ll discuss your child’s health and any concerns you may have. This session is crucial for establishing a care plan tailored to your child’s needs.

Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up appointments are scheduled based on individual treatment plans. These sessions allow us to monitor progress, adjust medications if necessary, and provide ongoing support.
